Dr. Kumudu Madduma received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati. He is a board certified clinical chemist, with over ten years of experience in highly complex laboratory environments such as, clinical and forensic toxicology, clinical chemistry and molecular diagnostics. Currently he is directing and consulting at laboratories (CLIA, CAP and COLA) nationwide. His areas of expertise include Lab Compliance, Quality Assurance, Method Development and Validation.
Maheshika Somarathna
MS., Ph.D.
Dr. Maheshika Somarathna received her PhD in Bio-Medical Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her areas of expertise include Molecular biology, Mass Spectrometry, analytical method development and validation.
Lorie Minton
MS, MLT(ASCP)
Lorie Minton received her MS in Clinical Laboratory Science form the University of Cincinnati and is currently certified as an MLT by the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP). She has over twenty years of clinical laboratory experience from hospitals, reference labs and physician office labs. Her work has involved all areas of the clinical lab from technician to supervisory roles in a highly complex laboratory environment. She excels in helping labs grow through strategic planning and management.
